ALL PRO is a licensed Building / Remodeling company started in 1987.  After spending most of my life working in the building trades, first for my father in the roofing business, then for various other companies, I was able to take advantage of the learning process and thankfully pick up a lot of the practices of the Building Trades including building, plumbing, electrical & hvac.

Education
   A homeowners best defense against poor workmanship or contractual misunderstandings is an education on the particular home improvement for which they are interested in. If you would like to be educated before you buy, send an Email.  I would be happy to let you know what your project entails.  For a minimal *refundable charge I can come to your home and help you figure out, design, and price the improvement of your dreams. Now you have the education and confidence you need to pick the contractor of your choice.  If you pick me you won't be sorry and *any previous charges will be subtracted from the contract price!

Job Superintendent Services                                                        
If your job is underway I would check the progression of the work focusing on poor workmanship and following the contract detail.  Or you have just signed a contract and work has not yet begun, I can come in and check the contract for any missed items or conditions, make sure that you are getting what you pay for and hopefully alleviate that sense of helplessness (like I have when I leave my car at the dealership for service).  In any event I will make sure you get what you pay for and you won’t have to be the cop watching over your contractor.

Tip: Let your contractor know you hired a superintendent, someone in the family, or a friend who is a contractor to periodically check the progression of the work.  Most contractors like All Pro take great pride in their work.  We wouldn’t lower our standards cutting corners or not following the contract precisely.
